Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. We do represent children in personal injury cases with the information and communication directed to the parent or guardian of the child.

Purpose of the form
When you fill out our web form you will be sending to our email address some personal information. Initially you send us your contact information and some basic information about your case. We use this information to have the proper lawyer return your contact, usually by phone. This information will not be transferred to third party companies and is not retained if you do not hire our firm. We send email newsletters to our clients but each email has instructions on how you can opt out of any future email newsletters. We do not collect sensitive personal information with this web page nor do we ask for such information by email.
