Here is how we evaluate your personal injury claim during our free initial conference.

How do I do it? Well, first , I am available, you can call me, and I will chat with you right away if I can. I am in court a lot, so I might not talk to you immediately, but I will call you back at the first opportunity. When we connect, I listen. I listen to you. I am not just learning about the facts, but I want to know your heart. All the while I am evaluating your claim.

So why is a good evaluation is so important?  You must know if you should invest your time and money into the claim. You also must know how to proceed. You, also, need to know if you need a lawyer. Our initial free conference covers these issues and more. It allows you in a friendly environment to discuss your case and ask questions. You need not have an office conference. We often do the interview over the phone or the internet. Our goal is for the conference to be convenient and informative for you.

So what do I look at in the initial conference?  There are three parts to a good case. If you are missing any of the three, your case will not be a good one to file in court. Has there been a real injury? What caused the injury? Did that event violate a duty imposed by law? It sounds easy, doesn’t it? It’s not. It takes a lot of time and effort, but I think it worth it to help our clients. So there, I just shared my heart with you; I want to help my clients. I want to help you. It’s what I do.
