How often will you communicate with me about my case? On a regular basis.

Will I be able to speak directly with you if I need you?

Yes.

Your initial conference will be with a lawyer not an investigator or a paralegal, although we might ask others from our staff to join us depending on the complexity of your case.  We will always have a lawyer talk with you for two reasons. It allows you to ask questions you might have and gain confidence in the attorney handling your case. It will also enable the attorney to review the facts of your claim to determine if this is a matter our firm will handle.

We contact you directly either by phone, email or letter when we need information from you on your case.  We also send you copies of correspondence that also automatically updates you on our progress. However, you can call us any time. We are often in court so we may not be right there in the office waiting for your call. However leave a message, and we will return your call, usually by 5:00 the next business day.

Yes, you can always speak directly to your lawyer.

Call us. You will find our contact information at this link, which will give you our phone number both in Lenexa and Topeka where we have our two offices conveniently located to serve you better. We can have appointments with you 9 to 5 week days by appointment. It is important that you call us first for an appointment because we are in court a lot and if you just drop by the office we might not be available to chat about your case. If you call our friendly staff will be happy to set up a time and location that works for you!
