When you call our office the phone during office hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. will be answered by one of our friendly trained staff usually Michelle or Abby. It will be a friendly call, and we will ask you a few initial background questions. We ask you these questions, so we can know which of our experienced lawyers you should talk to about your case.
After these few initial questions, we will connect you with the attorney that best help you. This attorney will listen to you and asking questions to obtain the essential facts. We help you by giving you a brief over view of the law and explain how we can help. Our lawyers are very experienced and friendly, and they will encourage you to share your story. You can ask questions at this initial phone conference. During this phone conference, if we can help, we will arrange for you to sign the needed documents so we can start with your case. If your case is a personal injury claim these initial documents will usually include a contract for services, so we can start your case, and medical authorizations, so we can get your medical records. In the initial phone conference, we explain the documents and answer your questions.
Remember this first phone conference is free to you. We will not charge you for this initial phone conference in personal injury cases, and it is very helpful even if we do not take the case.
We do not take every case, but we like to at least give you some information that might help give you a direction. It is always reassuring to talk to some you that is on your side, that understands the law and will answer your questions and concerns.
In Topeka, our office is at 534 S. Kansas, which is now called the Topeka Tower and used to be the Bank of America building. It is the tallest building in downtown Topeka and looks this photo on the left (see below), take the elevator to the 11th floor, we are in suite 1120. Park in the parking garage on the North off Kansas Ave, and the parking is free, take a ticket from the machine as you go in the garage and bring it up with you to validate. Our Lenexa office is at 12345 W. 95th in the Bank of America Building, and it looks the photo on the right.
